After my service call today you may receive a survey call, or email from TELUS. Most of the questions on the survey are intended to rate your service experience with me, specifically regarding today’s visit. More importantly the survey itself acts as my personal report card.

Our goal is to deliver the highest quality service and you may be contacted by a Quality Assurance team member or manager to complete a full inspection on the work that was done today.

There are 6 main responses to the questions asked:

• Excellent (Pass)
• Very Good (Pass)
